改性聚乳酸（PLA）薄膜料是一种PLA和PBAT的合金材料，是利用PLA为基材，利用化学改性的生产工艺，将另一种生物基全降解树脂PBAT和PLA进行分子链接枝，大幅度增加PLA柔韧性和拉伸性，使得PLA能够达到吹膜的应用途径。

The Modified film grade PLA resin is an alloy of PLA and PBAT. Using PLA as the base material and chemical modification process, another biodegradable resin PBAT and PLA were linked to each other, which greatly increased the flexibility and tensile properties of PLA. so that the application of PLA in blowing film can be achieved.

Application examples

用改性膜级聚乳酸制成的膜可用于制造以下产品：

塑料袋，如购物袋、包装袋、储物袋、垃圾袋、卷袋等；

一次性用品，如一次性手套、桌布、围裙、雨衣等。

The film made with modified film grade PLA can be used to make below products:

Bags: shopping bags, packaging bags, storage bags, garbage bags, rolling bags and etc;

Disposable products: disposable gloves, tablecloths, aprons, raincoats.

5、吹塑工艺

Blow molding process

1） 材料的预处理 Pretreatment of the material

一般情况无需做干燥处理，但是如果在受潮的情况下则需要干燥。干燥温度为65℃,干燥时间是4小时。

Generally speaking, it is not necessary for drying process, but if it is in damp circumstance, it need for drying treatment. Drying temperature: 65° C, drying time: 4 hours.

2） 工艺参数 Process parameters

加工过程中，应严格控制加工温度。

In the process of processing, the processing temperature should be strictly controlled.

吹塑温度：150－180℃

Blow molding temperature: 150-180 ° C

吹膜厚度：0.02-0.08mm

Blown film thickness: 0.02-0.08 mm

螺杆转速：30-80rad/min

Screw rotation speed: 30-80 rad/min

吹胀比：2-4

Inflation ratio: 2-4
